Many thanks to McCormick. Not only they sponsor the baking kits giveaway, they gave me so many St. Patrick's Day recipes to share with you.
I believe you may have seen so many St. Patrick's Day dessert ideas already, so I pick two drink recipes to share with you. One for kids; one for grownups!

Emerald Mint Milkshake:
Prep Time: 5 minutes
1 pint (2 cups) vanilla ice cream
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon McCormick Pure Peppermint Extract
1/4 teaspoon McCormick Green Food Color
Whipped cream and green sprinkles (optional)

1. Place ice cream, milk, peppermint extract and green food color in blender; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth.
2. Pour into glasses. Top with whipped cream and sprinkles, if desired. Serve immediately.
Makes 3 servings.

Test Kitchen Tip:
For easier measurement, 1/4 teaspoon Food Color = 20 to 25 drops.

Green beer:
Can't be easier!!!
All you need to do is adding McCormick green food color in your favorite beer.
5-6 drops of green food color for 12 oz beer

Please visit McCormick for more recipes. Love their "under $3" and "meals in 30 minutes".

Also, don't miss your chance to win one of three St. Patrick's Day baking kits! The GIVEAWAY is open until March 8th.

Please give me a "like" on Facebook, join me on Pinterest or follow me on Twitter to get instant notifications of new fun food ideas! Thank you.
