Fun and Healthy Snack: The Famous Cheese String Man

I'm sure most of you know Mr. Cheestring. He is on TV commercials, on magazine ads and on every single packages of Cheestring!
To make this string cheese guy, you do need to use a knife! Don't peel the cheese the way you eat it. It won't turn out good ( I've tried like a hundred times). I used black sesame seeds for the eyes and nori for mouth. I also added an apple skateboard to make him looks cool! Well, my son thought he was cool ^,^

It's my first attempt. Ha ha.... he looks more like an alien!
