These babybel cheeses are fun and healthy appetizer/snack choices if you are setting up a party for girls! Or a " it's a girl" baby shower. How about boys? umm.... after we finish eating these babybels, I would love to make some more just for boys.
Which hair style do you like? My favorite is style 5. I don't think it will look good on me though.
By the way, the eyes on these girls are made from black sesame seeds.
Sep 2011 update:

ReplyDeleteThese are awesome! I would love to make them for my daughter's class tomorrow because the event theme is "Who we are." Do you have any pointers? Do you do these completely freehand or do you use some particular kind of cutters?
ReplyDeleteThank you!!
Hi Jen, so glad you like these babybel girls. I cut these freehanded with the knife you see in the last picture of this post (small kitchen knife works too). Dip the knife in hot water for a few second, then wipe it dry before you start cutting. This would make the cutting easier! Maybe draw on the wax with a toothpick before cutting.
ReplyDeleteHope these tips help ^^
I love these SO much--I included them and your fried rice bear on a fun food for kids roundup on my blog...
