萬聖節愛心便當系列之.....鬼飯團!
There are only 3 items in this bento. In the muffin cup are tomatoes from our back yard; the chicken drumstick is leftover from the night before; a plain rice ball. A simple lunch that contains veggie, protein and carbs!
Here is how I made the rice ball:
Put rice on a piece of food film.
Hold the rice together
Shape it
Finally, I use seaweed to decorate it into a vampire looking ghost. Pretty easy, huh!
You can also made the rice ball like this with your bare hands. Prepare a bowl of water or salt water on the side to wet your hands. This helps to keep the rice from sticking :D Tweet

ReplyDeleteWe are just learning how to make bento lunches, my little grandson is loving it. We really like the concept of the bento and he seems to enjoy his lunches a bit more.
ReplyDeleteI am not sure we are up to rice yet, but I am sure it will come with time.
Thank you for coming back ^,^ Packing bento is fun, don't you think? It takes time to practice though.
